What's Planned for the Future?

Badger+ is squarely focused on amplifying the grassroots culture being formed on Bitcoin. This space is young and tender and still trying to find its place, and our goal is to help nurture dialogue to help spread the word of immutable art and culture on the mother chain.

However, we'd be foolish to alienate collectors and creators who haven't yet seen the new light that Bitcoin is shining. In order to onboard the masses to Bitcoin, we should seek out those who are already familiar with crypto memes and art— and no chains do that better than Solana and Ethereum; so we will support them in due time, as we've already built the rails to integrate them.

But in all honestly, Bitcoin is where our passion lies and we like to think our meager contributions have a chance to aid in its growth towards maturity. Coincidentally, the smaller scope of this space is actually a benefit to an upstart like Badger+, with a smaller dataset that allows us to be hyper focused on value-adds and feature enhancements before scaling up support to other chains and layers.

Currently, we have no fixed internal deadlines for cross-chain support, although our tech stack is well suited for streamlined integrations when the time is right. Expect to see communities and assets from these chains go live sometime in 2026.
