Getting started with Badger+ is quick and easy! Simply navigate to the Profile or Settings page and select your preferred method:

Authentication Options:
You can choose to sign up by connecting your X (Twitter) account, or by connecting a bitcoin wallet. Doing both is best, since connecting your X imports your Twitter profile pic and username, and connecting a wallet enables badge unlocks for on-chain assets you hold in your walletsβ but you're not required to connect both.
Some factors to consider:
If you'd prefer to keep your X profile separate from your Badger+ account, simply connect your wallet and you'll have access to ALL Badger+ features with a default username and avatar, maintaining a level of separation from your X profile.
If you'd prefer to not connect a wallet but want to participate in discussions, simply connect your X and you'll have access to MOST features. You just won't be able to post in any token-gated community pages for assets you might hold, since it requires on-chain queries.
If you want on-chain proof of community membership tied to your X personaβ connect both.

Once you've considered how you'd like to engage on Badger+, you're ready to sign up with your preferred method. Start with Step 1 for X signup, or skip to Step 2 for wallet signup. Whichever you choose, you can always add the second method in the future from your Settings page.
Connect your π (Twitter) profile for immediate access to Threads
β Assigns your X username and avatar to your Badger+ profile.
β Start posting in public Threads and build your reputation.
π« No access to Community Pages or badge unlocks.
Connect your Wallet for access to Threads + Communities
β Assigns an anonymous username and default avatar to your Badger+ profile.
β Start posting in Threads + Communities you own badges for.
π« No ability to customize your profile pic or username.
Add a Social Address
Whether you sign up with X, a wallet, or both, you're encouraged to add a Social Address to your public profile page. Setting your Social Address doesn't require connecting the wallet, simply paste any taproot address you'd like to be publicly viewable and save it.
This allows others who appreciate your posts and community contributions to add an address you control to potential mint lists or airdrops that they may be preparing, without publicly exposing your main addresses.

Earn 50 points for each Community Badge
Earn 1 point for every Upvote on your posts + comments
Earn variable points for unlocking Achievement Medals
